Five nights of sound, practice and place
A five-night residential retreat combining daily sound healing, meditation and gentle yoga with time in the Himalayan landscape and Nepali culture.
About this retreat
This retreat gives the practice room to settle. Days follow an unhurried rhythm — morning meditation and movement, sound sessions, rest, and time to walk, write or simply be. Grand Master Akash Banjara leads the sound and meditation practice throughout. There is space for a cultural visit and shared meals, and the pace is deliberately slow. It suits people who want a proper reset, and practitioners who want extended time with the work. No experience is needed.
