Natural Sound HealingInternational School

Community

Service is part of the practice

Alongside professional training, the school brings sound, breath and stillness to the places that rarely have access to them — and has done since 2011.

Why we do it

A sound session doesn’t ask anything of the people in the room. You don’t have to be well, or calm, or experienced — you just have to lie down and rest. That makes it a good fit for places where people are carrying a lot and have few chances to put it down.

For the school, this isn’t outreach bolted on to the side. Giving back is understood as part of the practice itself.
