Institutional programmes

Schools & Colleges

Calm, age-appropriate sessions for students and staff — mindful listening, breath and stillness that fit into a school day.

How it works with us

Schools and colleges use NSHISCHOOL sessions to give students and teachers a genuine pause. Content is kept simple and appropriate to the age group — mindful listening, gentle breath, a short sound experience. Programmes have run as single visits and as series across multiple schools.

Our approach

Listen → Understand → Design → Deliver → Reflect

Every institutional programme follows the same five movements.

  1. 1

    Listen

We start by hearing what your people are carrying.

  2. 2

    Understand

We learn your context, constraints and goals.

  3. 3

    Design

We shape a programme to fit — format, length and content.

  4. 4

    Deliver

We run the sessions with your teams, in person.

  5. 5

    Reflect

We review together and adjust what comes next.
